I have to go clear to Emmett to get good customer service never have these kind of issues there. Fix the problems please

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Took a prescription there because rite aid was out and they were who was open. Pharmacist was very unknowledgable about OHP insurance; tried to tell my husband his prescriptions from the ER were not covered because the ER doctor was not an OHP covered Dr. Hubby had to go back to the ER, who called the pharmacist and informed him he was wrong. Because of the pharmacists error hubby still had to pay out of pocket for one of the prescriptions because "it had already been filled"
