She looked at me and assumed I was mentally Ill. Yelled at me on the phone later that day when I explained there is no difference in my insurance between mental/physical health.

I see the staff are unhappy, over worked and probably underpaid. Where is the leadership? Long lines. Long wait times. For simple prescriptions as well. It's been like this for a long while now.. maybe even more so starting this year. I'll be switching and either going to Safeway or Rite Aid now.
