She looked at me and assumed I was mentally Ill. Yelled at me on the phone later that day when I explained there is no difference in my insurance between mental/physical health.

They are clearly understaffed, yet they continue to show up, stay professional, and do their best under pressure and that deserves recognition. Yes, sometimes the wait is longer, and occasionally the system says a prescription is ready when it’s still being processed but that’s a tech or staffing issue, not laziness or incompetence. These are real people juggling dozens of tasks, insurance problems, phone calls, and long lines, often with very little support. It’s clear some of the negative reviewers here have never worked in customer service. Their tone is rude, entitled, and dismissive and it’s honestly frustrating to read. You’re complaining about delays, yet pharmacists are the reason you have safe access to life-saving medication at all. They’re doing incredibly critical work, and they deserve respect. The fact that this team continues to serve the community with professionalism and kindness, even while severely understaffed, speaks volumes. They need more support, not more blame. Thank you to the entire pharmacy team your work is seen and appreciated by me!
