- RSRussel SweetOct 6, 20252.0Unless you show up in person, you will not be permitted to talk directly to anyone in this location. The phone number listed takes you to a scheduling clerk who IS NOT local. The “gatekeeper” will not allow you to contact the office directly and they only schedule appointments. The person at the other end of the line was rude when I pressed her to transfer my call to the local office. She told me they were busy and then added they were closed (even though the website said they were open). My hearing aids are not currently working and haven’t for at least two weeks, so I’ll have to see when I can schedule a time to drop them off. FOLLOW-UP: I just visited the local office and was treated very kindly. This review is about their National Call Center. I am delighted that the local office is taking care of me. Thank you.
