  Was supposed to be scheduled before their dentist randomly left. They have gone through 4 dentist in the 8 years ive been here. Now i have called over a dozen times left around 5 voicemails asking for a call back and i am getting really mad and am going to contact my lawyer. This is unacceptable behavior from a "professional business". Then tell me to call and still get no response. This is ridiculous.

  A Seinfeld meme of a business. They know how to take appointments, but not keep them. I have had 6 cleanings scheduled here over the years. 4 of those got canceled due to no hygienists that day. Most recently I was told they have no hygienists employed right now. How does a dental office operate with zero hygienists? Like McDonald's saying they have no burgers or fries, and won't have any for months. The 1/3 of the time I was able to get a cleaning, they did a fine job, so I won't give them a 1 star. It's not the fault of the low level employees, but management is clearly a joke if they think it's okay to operate like this, accepting appointments when they know they can't keep them and have no backup plan if the single hygienist calls in sick or quits. Important to note, when they reschedule you after canceling on you, the next available appointment is always 6 months plus out. Not the next work or something.

  I booked an appointment 3 months ago, I also booked for my children 6 months in advance and they sent a text canceling their appointments. My appointment was never cancelled but the morning of, I decided to call first thing and no answer, left a voicemail and nothing. An hour before the appointment I call again, leave a voicemail and never received a call back. I show up 5 minutes before the scheduled time and the blinds are closed and the door is locked. Posted hours say they are on lunch from 1-1:45pm…my appointment was scheduled for 1pm? I called and you guessed it, no answer so I left another voicemail asking if I was mistaken, wondering if I messed up? My husband took the day off to accommodate our kiddos so I could make this appointment and I was totally blown off. I will not be allowing them to waste my time again and I advise others to do the same.

  Para los hispanos hablantes. No lo recomiendo, me agendaron cita para mi hijo en Diciembre y luego me cambiaron la cita a febrero y ahora me llamaron que lo van a cambiar otra vez. Cero recomendado.
