Molalla Safeway Pharmacy is a horrible place to get prescriptions. You will need to stand in line for up to an hour or more and when you get to the counter, they may or may not have all your prescriptions. Prescriptions get cancelled for no reason and filled on the wrong dates. Trying to call them is hopeless, as they will answer maybe 1 out of a hundred calls and when and if you get them on the phone, they are unpleasant and rude. The girl that finally answered would not listen to me and talked over me. She was unfriendly and rude. Still not sure if issues are resolved. Clearly this pharmacy is in need of some competent staffing.

After standing in line for a minimum of 30 minutes, my prescriptions are rarely ready. Even when they have had days to
fill them. They assure you it will be done in an hour or tomorrow and it never is. I recently went 4 days without a medication that is vital to take every day. They had 6 days to fill it before the holiday and failed. I, as I’m sure many others have, paid the price for their negligence. Spending the holiday ill and missing work due to having no option but to abruptly stop the medication. No-one ever answers the phone With the exception of a couple very rude and unprofessional staff members who clearly don’t care, there several good employees who do their best but don’t have the ability to change things. I will not be using this Pharmacy again. Do better Safeway. You’re Failing your customers and your employees.

Waited in line for an hour only to be told the prescription wasn't ready. The hospital sent it over the evening before and they couldn't fill 2 simple items in the 22 hours time!? Was told they would mark it as urgent and it would be ready in 30 minutes. I asked if I had to wait in the line again and was told yes.The line was longer than when I first came in. They would have closed before I made it to the counter again and I still had grocery shopping to do. Even once I finished my shopping the line was half way down the isle. Something somewhere isn't right here. Luckily I can wait till morning to try again but I feel terrible for anyone who urgently needs their prescription or else. Do better Safeway, those pharmacists need help!

Amazing service tonight from Josh and Teressa. They stayed after hours and didn’t give up to clear the prescription with my doctor and make the manufacturer’s savings card work. Their diligence saved me $300.
Thank you!
