  Bobbie, phlebotomist, was prompt, friendly, professional and was so fast at getting the blood drawn. We had a great conversation. Location was so conveniently located.

  There was no one there when I showed up. I called customer service and they said that they only open at 9:30am, even though I scheduled for 7:50am months ago and have had blood draws done before 9:30 am at the location before. 2 other people showed up for appointments while I was on the phone. I'm taking my business to zoom care, they do they same thing, but qtre consistent.

  Bonnie is really great here. Very accommodating and let me lay down during the draw. Super knowledgable and experienced, I get the feeling she genuinely enjoys the work. She does the draw faster than anyone else I’ve seen. Sometimes lines can get long but if you have an appointment you can usually get in near your scheduled time. My recent visit had a monitor showing your place in line, which was nice. The space is very small but efficient. Blood and urine captured with no issues.

  No problems. Made appointment. Arrived on time. Nurse was quick, blood draw was painless. It was easy for me.
