  I took my 3 year old son for an eye check up due to concerns for strabismus. The entire time, Dr. Bock looked visibly irritated over minor things. My son never threw a fit, rather simply became distracted a few times and each time Dr was short fused and impatient. When I asked him a question he was dismissive and replied with a snide comment. I decided to leave and wait to get care from a diff pediatric opth few days later. Additionally, a previous reviewer on Google had a similar rude encounter with her young son and Dr Bock. He does not have the right temperament to be working with children and I question his character as a person.

  They quoted me $385 for my prescription sunglasses after my insurance coverage. I paid. A month later I get a bill for $85 more dollars. “We estimate the best we can”. I then went to Costco and got two pair of glasses for $350 without any insurance coverage.

  Staff was very professional, thorough and friendly. I was given an opportunity to ask questions which were answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Boch was very approachable and knowledgeable.

  While my appointment summary explicitly states a diagnosis for my condition, this information was withheld during our face-to-face discussion. Also, my summary FALSELY states the above mentioned condition and treatment was reviewed with patient!
