    Jean is a wonderful technician. Not only is she friendly but she's organized and can draw blood pain-free. Even better, she's always on time!

    I arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:20 AM appointment, wasn’t seen until 9:50AM to be informed they could not locate my lab orders either electronically by fax or the other electronic method. Fortunately my provider’s office is about five minutes away, I drove over there was shown proof that they had electronically faxed my lab orders to this location. They said that Quest had been having known issues with their e-fax and so they promptly provided me with a paper copy. I immediately returned to quest to be seen, hoping that since I hadn’t used more than 3 minutes of my actual appointment time they would reasonable squeeze me back in. However, the tech was visibly flustered by having made the polite request and I told I could try a walk-in if there was one available. At this point it was clear the tech was using my appointment time to try and catch up on their schedule which they’d fallen so far behind with. Alas, I couldn’t take an undetermined amount of time off work, having already given the time I’d spent there Poor customer recovery. I have to imagine she is operating under the pressures of how Quest runs this operation, and don’t give her the resources or support to provide a better service.

    I highly do not recommend going here. It's been the same lady everytime I have gone in the past few years. She missed missed my vein and had to repoke several times. She always gets confused with the address and where It's supposed to go. One time she told me she was sick and was hacking the entire time. She is very short tempered and flat out rude. I absolutely dread going in and having to deal with this person. Its always the worst part of my day. Unfortunately it's the only quest in Medford. Hopefully they get someone new soon.

    My doctor had to fax my orders three separate times on three separate days. Lab finally received them on the third day I tried coming in. The first 2 times I came in having fasted all morning, I wasn't able to get my blood draw because of the missing orders - I didn't get them done until my 3rd separate visit. Office is very unprofessional - The door from the waiting room into the lab has a paper sign written in Sharpie that says "Quest Lab"- it feels like you're going to get your blood draw in some back alley. Inside the lab itself, it was clean, but there's paint chipping off all the walls and very cluttered with taped up signs. It's all just unprofessional looking.You're not able to get a real person on the phone - when you call, you can only get a recording which says they can't check for on your orders ahead of time, to just come in and if they don't have them, the technician will call to request them themselves. But the technician does not have a phone in the lab! She also really pushed back against doing that and didn't know why the recording says she would, and kept saying she didnt have my doctor's phone number. After I looked up the number myself, she finally called them from her cell phone. It's extremely corporate and not at all patient-focused. Tech did a great job on my blood draw though, and the fax issues aren't her fault.

    I wish I could give this group a good rating. But I had an appointment, and the website says if you have an appointment, you will be taken ahead of walk-ins. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested and five minutes past my appointment the phlebotomist came out and took someone else ahead of me. There was no one listed on the board ahead of me that had checked in for an appointment, so I assume that person did not have an appointment.I was not able to wait to be taken in later and had to reschedule after fasting. Not pleased with this group.
