She was very friendly and informative throughout my pregnancy, answering all of my questions and, ultimately, honoring my birth preferences. Her medical assistants, Allison and Megan, were welcoming and efficient - my wait time was never more than about 15 or 20 minutes. The other team members - from receptionists to phlebotomist to Holly, the sonographer - were always professional and helpful, too. None of my appointments were cancelled or rescheduled, and the billing process was clearly explained to me at my first visit.

They supported me wonderfully after giving birth and having several complications. I trusted them with mine and my baby's life, and I would do it again. Dr. Ross is kind, intelligent, and treats you like a woman who deserves to be seen and heard, because you are. I highly recommend their team. Her MAs are wonderful and friendly and look out for you as the patient. Highly recommend them.

No fuss, no questioning, and she was very accommodating about it when I inquired about it. She validated all my concerns, my experience, and was very reassuring about pursuing my IUD in a pain-free setting.
