  Always have the best possible experience, staff has always been incredibly friendly, kind to my child, and is patient when answering all my questions! And Leiza has been helping us out there for years and very thankful for her amazing attitude and knowledge. We plan on staying with this office for a long time! We even enjoy the waiting room area, lots of things for the kids to enjoy.

  This place is the most amazing place ever for kids who have adhd and kids who have behavioral problems they are so calm with them and gentle and give them so much comfort I truly appreciate all the people there

  Honestly have had multiple issues with the smile keepers. Now they are joined to gentle dental, there is two doctors/teams in the one building. We will not be seeing the same dr/team we have currently been working with. They are not proactive, take no accountability for mistakes and I find some of the staff to be rude and unhelpful. Since my son has turned a certain age, they don’t allow me back with him during the apt. He is Never happy about this, and they haven’t listened to my communication of our preference. Most importantly, I’m not confident in their works. This last week they gave my kid fluoride “by accident” even though we specifically discussed it and signed according papers to exclude fluoride this appt. ( they said the staff member was new, but…. It seemed intentional imo. Her response to me asking for no flouride seemed to throw her off and then addressing this mistake when my son came out, she was like ohh! I’m sorry, it’s ok It’ll make his teeth strong. ) Also, I see a visible cavity- which I was never given the opportunity to show staff.. they brought my son out in 15 mins saying no cavities and with flouride smeared. Teeth don’t look like they were cleaned at all. 🥴 I did call and discuss the flouride incident with the office. Very nice ladies assisted and apologized on behalf of the ‘newer employee’. I was supposed to be scheduled with the other team for future but end of call did not include that. I will be finding somewhere better suited for us.

  My grandchildren have been going to Dr. Z at Smile Keepers for years. We were worried when we got an address change and a name change. We didn’t want to see any other dentist. We were happy to see familiar face at the front desk and then to get reassured that we would be seeing our favorite dentist. Nice new office. Both the kids have special needs autism spectrum disorder from one end of the Spectrum to the other. They both need parents to go back to help ease, anxiety, and keep things on track. We wouldn’t have it any other way. Granddaughter is almost 12 and started seeing him when she was three grandson is going to be nine and been seeing him since he was about a year old. The staff is always warm and kind and the kids look forward to seeing their dentist. My granddaughter’s goal is to stay with him until she turns 18 😁
