  What a disapointing experience. Waited 8 months for my appointment. Showed up 25 minutes early as they suggest, to find an almost empty waiting room. Was brought back to an exam room where the medical assistant rushed through the usual new patient questions only to wait another 20 minutes. When the nurse practitioner arrived i was seen for approximately 8 minutes or less, my concerns were barely addressed and i was talked over the top of. i was told i would be called to schedule a further procedure and the quickly ushered out of the room and left to wander my way through the maze back to waiting room. I asked for my after visit summery, which i recieved thank to the nice gal at the front desk, only to find it mostly devoid of information. This place is apparently where bedside manner and patient care go to die, in favor or corporate fast food service "healthcare". But naturally its the only game in town...

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Back in April of 2022. I had a colonoscopy done. The prep was horrible. I was completely alone throwing up so much i couldn't get up. I called the paramedics however they didn't take me to the hospital for whatever reason. They just came in and checked on me and wished me luck with my procedure. Im truly surprised this place is still even open. Stay far away from this place take your health up to Eugene. BEWARE OF HORRIBLE COLON PREP!! I WISH SUED THIS PLACE!!!

  Routine appts are scheduled so far out, it's just ludicrous. I had a tumor found on CT so an urgent scope was scheduled quickly and completed. However, Dr. Winters refused to answer questions prior to sedation and he stated he did not see any sign of the tumor during the procedure. I asked him if he reviewed the actual CT films to which he responded "I don't do that." I asked him specifically what I was supposed to do if there was a GI tumor and he didn't review films or see the tumor. His exact words "I don't know what to tell you." AND HE WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM!

  I was referred by my PCP. It's been weeks & no one has contacted me. Every time I call no one answers the phone. I just sit on hold until I get frustrated or have to get back to work (30 or more minutes) & hang up.

  Husband was having issues and we could not get anybody to move on his issues and give us an appt. or the support we needed to even address the issue. When I called and told them all what was happening we got a call right away moving his appt up to a new and sooner appt. NOW>>>>> Dr Nikki was our Doctor and let me tell you She is the BEST thing that has happened to us since his issues started. She saw my husband and was all over this getting him what he needed and trying to find a solution. We had to go to the hospital for this procedure and who shows up .. Dr. Nikki asking us how we were and that she is here for him.. I don't care who you are but THAT is what a true and caring doctor does, THEY CARE and for me that was the best comfort ever. So.. If you are looking for a caring, sweet and truly 100% on your side Dr. then She has my Vote and she should have yours. PS.. she actually calls you back and addresses your messages, perfection in my book!! Thank you all for your kindness!!!!
