Went in with my husband to help him pick out glasses and was standing at the counter after we found a frame and the lady literally reached over the counter with a marker and quickly dotted his glasses. Needless to say that technique did not work. We had to return his glasses because his PD was not correct. Then had to wait over 3 weeks for his replacement lenses. Got excuse after excuse of why they were delayed. Never was offered any kind of discount for this ridiculous process. Will never return to that store again and my husband is not happy with his glasses even now but does not want to deal with them again. Waste of money. Had better service online with Zenni.
