- PCPaul CarterNov 21, 20245.0I recently moved from AZ to Medford. I purchased my 1st real hearing aids while in AZ and was pleased for the improvement. However after a few months, was having some difficulties with the latest and greatest hearing aids. Unfortunately AZ wasn’t too keen on their service. Was a little leery if my new Aid Center in Medford would be able to correct my issues and move forward. They did MUCH MORE than I believed was possible. Rachelle Lawhorn was my specialist. She was absolutely amazing. In a matter of three or four visits, she corrected everything, got me the most functioning hearing aids for my disability. Tested my hearing in so many different ways. Dialed in my new hearing aids, which I have now had for a couple weeks, and my life is so much better for it. Just a great staff at the Medford store. Even the receptionist was awesome, (Nichol) so friendly and helpful. I could not be more pleased.

- KSKyle ScottOct 9, 20195.0Oh man where do i start.... So my old lady has been getting on me for about the past 10 years saying my hearing is going out just from our lovely talks.. LoL. She would always say wanted pearl necklaces and i would get mad and say you kiss Earl Grace's and she would get mad at me. Go figure.. So i was referred to this place and they worked out magic and gave me the best and top quality hearing aids.. Now im wishing i was deaf so i didnt have to hear my old lady compmaining every second LoL jk. But seriously i would recomend this place if you want to hear awesome again. These people will save your life!!
