Recieved professional and courteous service from the front desk, medical assistant and Dr. Cody Toschik while having an annual Women's health exam. I highly recommend this clinic.

UPDATE: post op care has been really great and through my diagnosis they have done everything they can as a team to make me feel taken care of. Don’t let some of these reviews keep you from trying this office! I have been taken care of here for 2-3 years. I’ve seen Dr. Stringer, Dr. Ireli and Dr. Strizz. They all have given great care in their own unique way and the women in the front are awesome. The reason I am rating a 3/5 is unfortunately due to frustration…it’s been about 5 days since I’ve gotten laparoscopic surgery and I was told I could call the number even past office hours since there is a on call provider I could speak to if I had any questions or concerns. I had called after 5pm on 10/20 and when the provider picked up she did not state her name (which I find odd). I explained how I needed some advice on how to relieve that post op gas pain you experience in your right shoulder because it was really bad last night and then again right before I called. I was abruptly asked “well did you call the off today?” And I proceeded to explain how it was not as bad during the day so I didn’t think to call and I was met again with “we’ll you should go ahead and just call the office tomorrow”… i told her again how I was told to call this number and she just kept advising me to call tomorrow instead of just helping me? I was very shocked and ended up just saying okay and getting off the phone. What I should have asked was “why did they tell me to call this number if you were just tell me to call tomorrow and not help me, I need you to find someone else I can speak to” but alas I am not our modern day Karen…I’m just a 26 year old girl in a lot of chronic pain all the time. I proceeded to call today about some other concerns I had brought up prior to my surgery which then I had spoken to Allison (who again is very kind and helpful) and she said I would get a call back today. I then called 45 min. Before they closed and left another note hoping to be talked to by the end of the day by SOMEONE at least. Now here I am at 6pm on 10/21 with no call back from the office and writing this review. I completely understand being a busy office and having so many things going on which is why I’m always patient. im just disappointed that the on call provider from the evening 10/20 was flat out rude and unhelpful and I was really hoping to get a call back today.

I came in today for the first time. My Dr I met with was Ireli Hernandez. To say she was kind and very understanding is an understatement. She sat with me and my bf and explained everything going on for probably 45 mins. My bf was with me and she was very welcoming to that and answered any questions or concerns I had. I mentioned a concern about getting a papsmear because of things I have heard of and she was very amazing and showed me what it would look like and explained it to me in a very understanding way. I really appreciate that as I have to see many Dr and do not feel this way about any of them. Thank you Dr. Hernandez for taking the time to talk with me and explain everything going on, as well as your best advice for the next steps to take forward. Great job Medford Women’s clinic. You guys were amazing. -Sam

I have been an on and off again patient at Medford Women's Clinic for 3-4 years. I have left in the past because of the bedside manner I have received there in the past. I only came back because there aren't really a lot of clinics for Women in the Rogue Valley that accept patients and I thought I'd give it another go with a different provider. I have absolutely had it this time. The last 3 times I have been seen there the level of service and sensitivity to my needs have been completely disregarded. I think that everyone here needs to take a sensitivity class on learning how to deal with patients if on a short time frame. I understand if your options are limited to the scope of what you are able to practice but sheesh learn some manners and try to understand what your patients are dealing with. I saw recently that Kathryn Stringer was nominated a best NP and that is definitely far from my experience with her. All business, no human. If you don't like helping people than you are in the wrong field or if your environment doesn't foster that type of connection with your patients then go to a different clinic that does. Definitely would not want to work with this clinic for maternity care despite the great photography they have in the waiting areas this place is a vagina mill. The only reason I gave them two stars is for ability to accommodate last minute scheduling and the girls at the desk are responsive and friendly.

Just got out from a FU appt after having a DNC in the hospital where I met Dr. T. I stated that I was still feeling light headed, my blood pressure is still low, and my heart is feels like it flutters every now and then. He told me that I shouldn’t be feeling this was after my DNC 2 weeks post op and these are conditions you need to figure out with your PCP (I have not felt well since my dnc, and I’m usually extremely healthy, energetic) I then talked to him about getting on fertility medication since it took us over a year to get pregnant. He said he would love to talk to me about that at another appointment. He was on call today, and has other patients and he was much to busy to get into all of that. I stated I was a cash pay patient who has worked in the medical field for 10+ years I would be fast and easy, also as a cash pay patient I would like to avoid another office visit. He said he understood but he was too busy. I needed to take some iron pills if I was still feeling weak, I then explained that I have been taking iron pills since I was in the hospital. He said I was doing everything I needed to, and he would see me at my next appt. After paying a $100 up front payment I went to settle my bill, of a remains $405.00 so for less then a 5 min appointment that he was too busy to address my concerns it was over $500 Needless to say I could have told my self all the information he did.
