Brianna has outstanding people skills. Nikki in office always helpful and kind, understanding. The caregivers are nice, trustworthy and kind. Some are exceptional. It is disappointing when agency calls at last minute to say no caregiver for the day. Maybe if the agency paid the caregivers / workers a better wage?? Hope they at least get health insurance!

My friend is REALLY challenging. Brianna was AMAZING! She was so kind, understanding, patient, and helpful. My friend yelled at her repeatedly and Brianna was not phased. She just stayed on task and remained kind. The next morning I called my friend and Brianna answered!!! She was there with the perfect person to care for my friend, Cal. I called back later and my friend had a whole new outlook on life. Why wasn't I there? I live 3000 miles away. I have called my friend every day and each day she has been well cared for. I talked to Cal and he is amazing too. Willing to help in any way. Thank you for taking care of my friend!!
