  They are extremely rude on the phone, and often, very slow filling meds. They used to be good, but something has changed. If it weren't for us, the customers, they would not have the job they have at Fredmeyer. Fredmeyer Pharmacy needs to begin treating, and speaking to customers with respect, and kindness. If they are unable to do this, then they really need to be in a different line of work.❤️

  This pharmacy used to be decent. Something had changed and assume its pharmacists. I actually had a pharmasist "throw away" a prescription claiming it was a copy when thay was not the case. Pharmacists are not doctors. I have also been short on medications for spme reason end of month. I encourage counring medications up front upon pick up. When my doctor calls they have outright lied to my doctor and tell us two completley things. I am hung up on numerous times when calling. Dont know whag changed but looks like I will start going somewhere else.

  I never ever write negative reviews, but this is getting worse and worse, so here it is! I have been going here for years and have been so pleased with their service until recently. The Pharmacists are great but most of the clerks are rude and disrespectful. Everyone has been saying how they have been going downhill lately and unfortunately it's true. The clerks throw a fit when you want to get your fuel points for the prescriptions that you buy (which is the only reason I even switched to this pharmacy was for the discount on fuel) and say that you're wrong and that you don't get as much as you're supposed to. But yet every time I call the rewards line afterward, they always say that, "Yes, you are supposed to get more points." Then they add the correct points to my account. But unfortunately they won't listen to anyone when they keep doing it wrong every time they ring people up and make a loud, ridiculous scene when a person simply asks to be credited the points they are supposed to get. There's no need to be so rude to loyal customers who are simply asking for the correct amount of fuel points! Worst customer service I have ever seen, which seems to be the normal now after reading all these other reviews.

  Awful. I was told 20 mins for 1 scrip. After 20 they said they couldn't fill it without a prior authorization. (Turns out that wasn't true.) They never called to get the pre-auth, and they told me they were out of stock of the other scrip I needed. I came back in a week, when they said they had the second one ready. They told me it would be done the next day. I persisted, they told me oh whoops we do have it in stock and rudely said I'd have to wait an hour for them to count out 30 pills. I was traveling so I couldn't wait. I asked them to just put it back in the computer system so I could fill it at my home FM pharmacy. They said sure. That evening when I called my Pharm to fill it - shock of all shocks- They had not removed it from their system, so I couldn't fill it. I made two stops in Medford on my trip that were a complete waist of time, and I was left without the medication. I really needed. Needless to say, I was upset and angry. They did nothing to help me, and they treated me like a major inconvenience. We're it not for the fact that I love my Portland FM pharmacy, I would be transferring all my scrips to Walgreens.
