  THE WORST NOT ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE HEAD OF THE PHARMACY BUT THEIR LACK OF CONCERN FOR PATIENTS WHO NEED THEIR MEDICATION. This woman must love seeing people in pain and frustration. The only reason after 5 days of back and forth of them canceling and rescheduling a prescription they said they had in stoke because my insurance wouldn’t cover it yet just for them to not allow me to pay by pocket and have to pay by pocket afterwards anyway after I had to eventually have a manager that I know come up with me for her to get the hint to do her job. She was so rude til I looked over at the manager and she change her tune immediately after noticing the manager. She should be fired. I’m not joking. I can see why the pharmacy has a 2.5 rating. That’s even a far stretch. Get someone new in charge and get her out of there. I traveled over an hr for my meds because my normal pharmacy didn’t have my script. ZERO STARS TO KAREN (idk her name)

  Switched to Fred Meyer's from Walmart because of the Long Lines and people breathing, and coughing down my neck. So far I have not had any bad experiences with Fred's.. Staff seems tired and overworked, but but so far pleasant. Had a few refills out of stock, but got them in time.

  VERY RUDE FROM THE FIRST WORD HELLO! VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GET FIRED!!!!
