Their open 7 days a week. But the line gets super long and they should come up with a better system to handle it

Do not come here! They Do not care about you. I have a young son with type 1 diabetes and the things I have to do, to get my sons insulin or his pods. Over and over I go there and its not there, or its the insurance company or its his Dr. We need them to verify this or that. Last 2 times I went about 6 times and it was never ready, I asked for them to call when it was done...they never called. 6 days ago I called and said my son needed Pods for his insulin they said ok, 3 days later I show up and its not done, or they are not in stock, ok things happen. I show up today wait in a long line and ask for the pods..not only is it not done, he's not even in the system to get his pods.. of course being a concerned and protective dad I get up set, the lady and the manager just look at me, not caring she just says wait in that other line so you can order them again. If there is lawyer out there that would like to sue on my behalf I'll let you keep it all, I just dont like them not caring that they on numerous times have almost killed my son with thier incompetence.

My review is entirely for the pharmacy techs because we all know about the long line and how much it sucks (it’s not their fault that former Walgreens & Rite Aid customers have increased our wait). The techs are the most delightful group of people and will go out of their way to make sure that you have your meds before you need them. I have complex medical issues and have a lot of changes to my medications pretty frequently, but they do their best to accommodate me whenever they can. They’ve even special ordered medications from other suppliers when components of what they had shelved were causing reactions for me. They’re a fantastic pharmacy with an incredibly dedicated & caring staff. They deserve kindness & grace, especially during the busier holiday season. Can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done to help me out
