Never answer the phone and if an Rx is out of stock they don't contact you. So you are forced to wait or drive down there. This pharmacy has gone way downhill the last few years sadly.

These guys never answer the phone, I swear they just itnon silent or turn the ringer off! I have been getting my Rx from then off and on for the last 10+ yrs and I think I have only spoke to someone 1 or 2 times tops! It's unacceptable to not answer the phone and then we have to drive over there to just wait in a long line for them to tell us they either don't have the Rx or it's not ready! When we could have just been told that over the phone 🤬

Always a long wait. Never ready when the pharmacy sends their ‘ready’ texts.

I went in for reconstructive foot surgery this morning and called yesterday to make sure we could fill my prescription I got day of. When I got out of surgery my fiancé went in to give them the prescription where they told him they couldn’t work with him after reassuring me they could. Then I called them and they hung up on me 6 times and after finally getting a hold of someone they placed me on hold. My fiancé went back to see if the prescription would be filled after the manager had someone call me and they told me they would fill it. Then he arrived and they told him it would be tomorrow which I can’t wait for. Then when we asked for the paper with the prescription to be filled somewhere else they refused. I am in excruciating pain and this is absolutely unacceptable. Please if your loved one or yourself is going through a complex surgery and needs their prescription filled never come here. Horrible horrible horrible customer service, management skills, and overall will be the last time I shop at this establishment.

this Pharmacy is horrible. the Pharmacist is Extremely rude and this has been an ongoing problem for quite some time. She has screamed at my mom multiple times and told her two different times that it’s people like my mom that make her want to quit her job and people need to learn some patience yet it’s a complete nightmare always!
