  No rate, I went in for a cleaning and they told me I have a cavity that is going to absest so you set an appointment for 3 months. So I pride it out . Next cleaning you found another too must be pull. Schedule, another appointment about 3-4 months for another tooth, ready to abses. So with in a few days the tooth started abses, so I pried it out as well. Don't Go There 🤔.🔥😜

  Aside from booking being far out which makes sense, wait times are short and although it’s a quick paced clinic you are still given the best care. Dr. Jones is like an angel sent from heaven. She’s attentive, kind, puts a lot of effort and thought into all of her work. One day I had an appointment and she was the only doctor in the entire clinic and she killed it. Still gave me great care and even when going through every patient she handled it with grace. My hygienist, whose name I’ve forgotten, is also super sweet and caring. She’s really efficient and knowledgeable and gives me great advice that I use everyday. Even when I had an appointment with her on the day my dog died, she was so kind and gentle with me. She’s such a spectacular lady. The staff here are better than any place I’ve gone.

  This was my 1st appointment at this location. The waiting room was busy , but I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time. The assistant was ok , and did some XRays on my teeth . I usually have some trouble with this procedure, because the big bite wings placed in my mouth make me gag . flavoring spray in my mouth helps ,but wasn’t offered .. I could have requested it, but I wasn’t sure if she knew about it . I mentioned it to her and she added it to the notes for next time . The Dr. was friendly and professional. I was concerned about some bumps on my gum , but it turns out they are nothing to worry about. I was scheduled for a filling and cleaning , the following 6 and 7 months later , which surprised me. But I understand this location is very busy . I’m used to the Gentle Dental in Portland , where the cleanings are scheduled with checkups and fillings are scheduled a couple weeks after checkups . But I can live with the delayed appointments , not a big deal.

  came in with severe tooth pain and made it very clear that I believed the tooth needed to be extracted. Instead of addressing my pain or taking my concerns seriously, the provider pushed a filling on a tooth that is clearly beyond saving. I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and the focus was more on selling treatment than actually helping me. I left still in pain, without a real solution, and with an appointment scheduled months out. On top of that, I was signed up for a membership plan that I did not feel was properly explained or necessary for my situation. Overall, this experience felt more like a sales interaction than patient care. I would not recommend this office if you are dealing with urgent dental pain.
