    Stellar Customer Service! My mom had previously purchased hearing aids from Costco, and wasn’t happy with them. We checked out all three hearing aid stores in McMinnville and settled on Miracle Ear. From day one, Amanda in the front office and Stephanie, the consultant/specialist made us feel very welcome. Stephanie could give a class on customer service. Her goal from day one was to make sure my mom was satisfied. She has made numerous adjustments to improve the hearing quality. She even gave us her personal cell number and invited us to call any time, even when they are closed. I can’t say enough good things, and highly recommend them to anyone searching for hearing aids.

We went to Elaine King at Miracle Ear in Mcminnville, Oregon and she has turned out to be best choice we could have ever made. We are both not only happy with the quality of our hearing improvement but also with the personal attention we receive when we go in and her attention to our questions. We would recommend Elaine without hesitation to anyone that is looking for a specialist that is a SPECIALIST.
