I love these guys, always helpful, always doing their best. People need to be more patient, relax & be nicer to them. I consider them an important part of my care team, it really burns my biscuit for these wonderful professionals to be given a hard time. 👍❤️

This pharmacy is a nightmare. I’ve had multiple awful experiences here and will never be coming back.
1. Came in today, 10/10, to pick up meds only to find a line of 15 people waiting because an “unfortunate incident” with the pharmacist left the pharmacy closed until……who knows when?
2. Came in to pick up meds at 6:45pm to find the pharmacist quite literally BLOCKING me from getting in line because a staff member apparently needed to catch a bus. I let him know it was an urgent fill, he shrugged at me and basically said too bad. I stayed in line, and he rolled his eyes at me and said there was no point. He scurried off to the back for a moment, so I stepped forward into the line.
When he came back out, he was visibly annoyed and told me there was no point again, and said “there’s no reason to start a fight about this.” Excuse me? I’m literally just standing quietly in line? The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Perhaps if he had actually helped his tech instead of arguing with customers, there wouldn’t be such a time crunch.
3. I called multiple times per day for 4-5 days and never got an answer or callback despite leaving messages. I even called store customer service (twice) and they had the store manager ask them to PLEASE call me. They did not (twice). Nor did the store manager call me back as promised. (Twice).
4. Requested a prescription transfer that never happened, leading to my epileptic pet being left without her vital meds for several days because of their irresponsibility, which wouldn’t have happened if they’d answered their phone.
5. There have been several other instances of the pharmacy opening 10+ minutes late after lunch, general poor customer service, and poor communication.
Get it together. I will be transferring literally anywhere else.

Wow. I went in to pick my prescriptions earlier and the line went all the way to the end of the meat dept. I came back at 6:47pm, stood in line for 3 mins (there were 4 people in front of me) and they told us they're closing. This was at 6:50!!!!!
I am so tired of this town making their own damn rules, doing whatever they feel like.
