  Literally, don’t believe the good reviews. no one cares about you or how you’re feeling they dismiss your symptoms as something not so important and then you end up feeling worse and then they still don’t really care. You try to be nice to them. They always act rude to you for no reason what you do or how you act and I try to understand them,, because I get things in our personal life are tough or maybe they simply hate their jobs idk. But being nice and kind it’s not something they do very well here neither ER or Clinic. And I’m talking about nurses and certain doctors. Not the welcoming staff 🫶🏼

  Older man who works at the reception desk took a scan of my ID without my permission. He asked to see my ID and the next thing I know he's already scanned it. Permission should have been asked. I Googled and found out that it is NOT a requirement Federally to have an ID scanned. I will not be returning and giving my business to this Hospital.

  Ladies running reception are completely rude and unprofessional. The only reason anyone comes here is because it's the only hospital around. Please if you can take your family somewhere else.

  This is, without a doubt, the finest hospital I have ever witnessed! After a week of care in another hospital, my 90 year old mother needed a "transitional care facility," before coming home. We chose to send her to Lake District Hospital's "Swing Bed" program, based on recommendations from several members of the medical community that I work with. Though this meant a four hour round-trip drive to visit her during her 12 day stay, it was definitely the right decision! The Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, MAs, Therapists and ALL the staff were absolutely fantastic! After observing her care for a few days, I had absolutely no resolutions about returning home and leaving my mother in their excellent care. She was so well taken care of and so spoiled that I think the only reason she was willing to come home was to return to her beloved pet cat! I can't say enough about the fantastic people who work at and with Lake District Hospital! If I or anyone I care about ever needs inpatient treatment, you can bet we're making the trip to Lakeview!
