1 star, I would not recommend this office, especially if you have anxiety or any medical concerns. This happened a few years ago, but it left a lasting impression on me. I spent a lot of time researching where to go because I was honestly dreading getting my wisdom teeth out. I came across a review saying this doctor helped calm someone’s anxiety, which is exactly what I was looking for given my history of SVT and medical anxiety. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The day of surgery felt rushed and poorly communicated. I felt uneasy after an interaction with the front desk when I asked about adjusting part of my treatment, which added to my anxiety going into the procedure. I was brought back for surgery and things began happening very quickly without explanation. Even after taking a prescribed anti anxiety medication beforehand to help manage my anxiety, I still felt overwhelmed because I was not being clearly informed about what was happening. A blindfold was then placed over my eyes without warning, monitoring equipment was put on me, oxygen was placed in my nose, and sedation (including nitrous) was being prepared. None of this was clearly explained to me in the moment, which caused my heart rate to spike and left me feeling overwhelmed and unsafe. Due to the increase in my heart rate, the procedure was ultimately cancelled. When I later expressed that more communication would have helped, I was told that level of explanation was “not standard” unless additional time was booked. As a patient, I believe basic communication and informed consent should always be standard. When trying to get rescheduled or understand next steps, I was given serious medical information directly by the doctor, including statements about my cardiologist’s level of concern and potential risks, which I later followed up on and confirmed did not come from my cardiologist. That was extremely unsettling. This experience had a lasting impact on me, and I ended up going elsewhere, where I felt properly informed, respected, supported, and able to complete my procedure without issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office, but of course that is your own discretion. When I was doing my research, I would have wanted to see an honest review like this.

Dr. Stacy Geisler is a rare gem. In a day when so many medical offices are focused on expediency and patient turnover times with a focus on maximizing profits, Dr. Geisler really takes the time to listen and cater treatment to individual needs. Highly recommended!

I was in need of extensive oral surgery, life changing. I have never experienced such compassion and caring before. Dr. Geisler and everyone in her office took extremely good care of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This is the first review I've ever written, about anyone.
