I was looking forward to eventually being in the studio. When I was signing up, I was charged twice on accident. I was disappointed when I brought it to their attention and was told that their computer showed a refund had been issued and I needed to work with my credit card company to figure out why I didn't receive it. I am still working with my credit card company for a refund. Unfortunately, I decided to end my membership due to this situation.
