Thank you Joe! When I requested a service check-up for my husband’s power chair I was not expecting such a fabulous technician. You not only answered all my questions, you were graciously helpful with explaining everything so clearly. We will ask for you every time!

On 12/2/25 6I had the pleasure of working with the wheelchair technician Jaime Plascencia. He was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. P.S. this is Hannah Hettman's review. It's just a little confusing because my legal name is Hannah but my prepared name is Ruth.

Phone calls go to 800 number and not the local office. The call center can't give any real information about my repair request and why there's an issue. Call center can't seem to get ahold of this location to even transfer my call to them so I can work on solving why there seems to be issue with proceeding with my repair. I've put in multiple call back requests, but still no call back. I've emailed them and still no reply. I'm full time dependent on my chair, so having a long wait for repairs is a barrier to simple survival for me. They show they don't care by their customer service. I've been using this company for years and they've just gotten worse over time. 6 to 24 months is the average time to repair my broken chair.
