- LSLauren SigmanFeb 6, 20262.0They are nice and helpful in person, but it is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. I've tried calling 20+ times over the past few months on different days and times of day, and never once have they picked up. There is also no way to leave a voicemail or send a message through the app. If you have a question about your prescription, the only way to talk to them is by going there in person, which seems crazy. This has been frustrating on enough occasions that I have decided to switch to a pharmacy that will pick up their phone.
