- OMOmar MahdiJan 1, 20265.0I had a great experience at Burgess clinic and let me tell you why. During the PRF injections, I briefly fainted (completely on me — I hadn’t eaten beforehand 😅). What really stood out was how amazing the staff handled it. Sara was the nurse performing the injections, and the moment it happened, I woke up to two nurses right there, making sure I was okay, calm, and comfortable. Sara stayed by my side, making sure I was waking up and responding, while another nurse (I didn’t catch her name) was helping me get my blood sugar and pressure back up after the blood draw. One of the recipients also came in to check on me and stayed close just in case. The team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. They handled everything perfectly and made me feel safe and taken care of.
