The pharmacy manager Sean is rude and condescending. And the technicians there used to be very rude especially the girl with the dyed hair. They need to be reported.

Impossible to get ahold of someone. They don’t answer the phone and turn it off before they close. Had a prior sent in days ago for an important medication and they refuse to answer their phone for ppl to get updates. Going to switch as soon as I find another option.

ZERO stars! This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever and I will be switching my prescriptions. Last month I tried to get my sons medication filled was told the doctor was not authorized under his insurance (ironic since he’s been on it for 6 months and never had an issue) called his doctor who said that was BS. The nurse tried to call the pharmacy 16 times and got no where cause they don’t answer their phones, I couldn’t get through my son went 3 days without his medication due to this. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt figured it was a one off. Called my son’s prescription into his doctor a A WEEK before he ran out, called the pharmacy 18 times today and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED AGAIN and my son will be out of his medication again. I’m calling his doctor to get him switched immediately this is ridiculous and so unprofessional thank goodness they aren’t handling things people you know need daily to function properly 🙄🙄🙄

I called the pharmacy 23 times in a row. I have a medication I NEED filled. It was called in at 10am. They will not give me an update or answer their phone. I end up waiting 45-55 minutes in line to be told they don’t have it. I call my doctor and he confirms that it was called in. I cannot go without my medication. How can it be so difficult to just answer the phone. They always have an excuse that they’re short staffed. That’s the same excuse for 4 plus years. When do you fix the problem?
