Your pharmacy is trash. It's not that hard to answer a phone. If your open for business you can pick up a phone! Medication isn't something you can just get whenever sometimes it's life depending stuff. You give no way of finding out if your prescription is filled and refuse to answer the phone. Garbage. If the concept of making a customer wait in front of you to answer a phone is new then figure it out

The staff is polite and helpful. It seems like they need more space, organization and/or staff members to get prescriptions filled and notifications sent out when they're done. Expect a long wait line. It's a busy community.

This is really the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. We moved away from it but then we always end up having to come back for whatever reason and every time it's a nightmare. I just stood in line for 25 minutes, and witnessed a very distraught woman who was upset because she couldn't get her medications and I don't know the exact reasons but the staff behind the counter was very rude to her and I felt horrible. And then when I finally got to the counter they told me that they couldn't find the right number on my insurance card to run it and imply that maybe I needed a different card, which is ridiculous because it was my insurance card .So after probably 30 minutes I just had to leave. They seem to be severely understaffed, and burnt out, and in turn not doing their jobs well.

After over 20 years using this pharmacy I finally gave up and took all of my many prescriptions to a pharmacy that takes care of my needs for medication. They answer the phone and always call if there is an issue. Safeway never does that anymore. I refuse to drive to the Safeway Pharmacy to check on a prescription because they don’t answer the phone.

Is there a shortage of Losartan? A basic blood pressure medication? My prescription refill was "on order" for over 6 days and I ran out of meds. After going 5 days without meds I finally had to call my doctor and get the prescription sent to CVS. This was a refill! Of course trying to contact a human is a near impossible feat at this pharmacy. The long lines, the lack of communication, the lack of available drugs to fill prescriptions. I'm never coming back to this pharmacy. Sorry guys. Good luck!
