Just had labs done at this place. 2 ladies standing in the room. It’s very cramped and they’re not very friendly for starters, but it took them 3 tries to get my blood drawn. It’s not even the 3 attempts, but more of the fact that the first girl seemed absolutely clueless and dug around in my arm for 2-3 minutes and still didn’t get anything after having done so AND not listening to me/putting the band on my skin instead of my shirt. The next lady attempted and finally got my hand after having stuck me further up on my arm. I had to ask for gauze and tape to avoid bleeding on my clothing. I’m already bruised and it’s been 20 minutes. I’m not the easiest stick, but I’ve NEVER had service like this even at health departments and such. Staff gives the impression that they’re untrained and it feels like it’s an issue. Also way more expensive than necessary. Please go anywhere else.

Marcie rocks. I have bad veins and dread blood draws, but while I was busy explaining this to Marcie, she was busy professionally and quickly inserting the needle into a vein that has proven difficult for many health care professionals in the past. She was not impressed with my tales of "bad vein" woe. She CLEARLY knows how to get it done, and for her skill and expertise, I am truly grateful. Being a pin cushion sucks, but it was a non-issue for Marcie.

Avoid at all costs - terrible billing practices. Unfortunately we are all but forced to use Quest with our insurance, and they are the worst company I have ever worked with in regards to billing and insurance issues. We had some routine blood work done for my spouse and they did not bill insurance, but we did not notice and paid the bill. After we discovered that insurance was not billed for this, we informed them. It took them many months to resubmit to insurance, and after they did properly submit to insurance we haven't gotten a refund of the amount we paid. We have called and followed up almost every week for the last 6 months and we still haven't gotten them to refund us the money. I have been told multiple times that my refund is processing, yet without fail if I call to follow up there is no refund in their system. If you have ANY other option for blood work - use it. Quest is awful. This is not the first round of billing disputes we have had to deal with with Quest, and each time it takes multiple months of constant follow up to resolve. They will not resolve anything on their own, you have to keep hounding them only for them to drag their feet, claim to do something, but still not do anything about it.
