We met Tina Goodwill who was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable manner. We purchased Level 4 digital hearing aids and are pleased with them and the whole experience!

They are caring and helpful when asked questions and it allows my grandmother to feel very comfortable with her quest to hear better. Elaine King is very easy to work according to my grandmother and I am so glad an office opened out here close to The Dalles (Home) as the trips to the Portland office were so much harder get to as often and make regular adjustments for her and checkups.
