  The Best experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. I was greeted at the counter with a smile a compliment even small talk. The pharmacist came over and spoke to me like he was in no rush, and was really there with me present in the moment and answered any of my questions.

  Very nice people, but their systems are behind other Fred Meyers and their policies make for a terrible experience on simple requests. I can’t wait to transfer my prescriptions to Costco and never step foot in a Kroger store again.

  The people who work at this pharmacy have always been polite and friendly. Everything else about the pharmacy is bad though - I've never been notified when a prescription is ready, waiting on hold on the phone for a long time to check a prescription status even at non-busy times, prescription constantly being filled with a generic I can't take despite having a note on my account and checking over the phone before coming in that it is filled correctly. It always took me several days and phone calls, and sometimes a second visit every time I had to pick up my monthly prescription.
