During my recent visit, they didn’t seem to remember anything from my last appointment, and it felt like nothing was documented. When I tried to explain what happened before, I was even told I was lying, which was incredibly disrespectful. From my experience, the care I received left my teeth and overall health feeling worse, not better. It felt careless and unprofessional. In my personal experience, Dr. Surface didn’t seem to care about patients at all, which was really disappointing. Overall, I walked out feeling ignored, dismissed, and completely let down.

They said they see kids but their exam for my baby was literally me forcing his mouth open for 3 seconds and it was done and they are billing me for an entire visit. And they are referring me to a pediatric dentist anyway. I wish they were honest up front that they are not equipped to see a 1 year old and not wasted 1 hour of our time. When I discussed my concerns with them, the person I spoke to was very rude and said she would bill our insurance for this visit anyway, they need to learn to talk politely if they want a customer facing job. Not what you would expect from the staff at the front desk. Extremely disappointed with the clinic for the first time.
