The owner, Colette, has built a welcoming, inclusive community focused on progress over perfection, body positivity and developing strength and endurance for all the activities you want to do outside the studio. I have been going here since the studio opened 7 years ago, and it has become a treasured sanctuary for me. If you’re interested in barre fitness, this is the studio you should try.
