I went into the Clackamas Town Center location with the hope that my late father’s Vintage Ray-Ban Sunglasses could be repaired. They were bent up from poor storage, and the lens would not stay in the frames. The metal is thin, and this model has a double hinge mechanism, making self repair too risky for me to attempt. Mike M. was able to diagnose the issue and reshape them into functional shades, which is impressive due to their age and the condition when I brought them in. I tried multiple jewelers and other eyeglass retailers, but a kind person referred me to this location where my needs were met beyond expectation. I am extremely grateful that I can wear them after all these years.
