I’ve had foot pain on and off for 2 years, and as of November, for about 6 months straight. I was at wit’s end and wanted to try desperately anything that might help feeling crippled.
In mid/late June I went to the Good Feet Store Johnson Creek, OR. They tried to sell the 3-part system for ~ $1,500. As a person on Medicaid & food stamps, I couldn’t afford a month’s rent on this. They offered that I could use just one part for $600 and if they weren’t working for me, I could get a refund.
Over the next months I tried. I went in 3x for adjustments. They weren’t doing anything for me, didn’t feel good/hurt. Each time they convinced me to keep trying with a different adjustment.
Eventually my podiatrist said they didn’t want me to use the good feet product & scanned me for a medical orthotic.
I started on the 26th of Oct. going in to request that refund I was assured was possible. The salesperson aggressively pushed back against my refund request, saying this and that about a Harvard study multiple times, that their system was approved by a podiatrist (obviously, their podiatrist had not examined me but my OWN doctor had). After an aggravating conversation he agreed to take my paperwork for the refund request & that I’d hear back in 7-10 days.
16 days later I called on 11 November. I tried customer support and left a voicemail. I tried the store and they said that it didn’t look like the paperwork was processed but that they would call me back at noon the next day. I just got a call today, the 13th of November, from Jess. She told me she would not be processing a refund. Refunds usually 30-60 days (first I remember hearing this) and they almost never happen.
So I’m out $600 for a product that didn’t work after being originally sold them by someone telling me I could get a refund if they didn’t work for me.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. If you ever have trouble with walking, it's best to have the folks at Good Feet take a look. And Fred Meyer associates get $100 off their supports!

I visited this business after experiencing severe pain in my right foot from my job. My husband scheduled the appointment hoping for quick relief.
The visit turned into a lengthy sales pitch — I was measured and told that custom insoles would solve my issues. After more than two hours, I finally agreed to purchase them, only to be shocked by the high price for three inserts. I was not informed of any lower-cost options or given clear information about the return policy (which I later found out doesn’t really allow returns).
Afterward, I checked the Better Business Bureau and saw similar complaints, which makes me feel that this company prioritizes sales over customer care. I would advise anyone considering this business to research thoroughly and ask detailed questions about pricing, alternatives, and refund policies before committing.

OMG! A year ago my feet hurt! Especially my left foot. It hurt so bad I was using a crutch and lots of foam padding. I also have a bunion. One trip to the Good Feet Store, and, well, I started walking comfortably. And now, a year later, I can walk comfortably barefoot! Yes, it does seem expensive, but well worth every penny. I also bought a gift card for my son & daughter-in-law. It has changed their comfort level too. Thank you Good Feet Store!

Went in dubious to the cost 2 months ago but decided that it's about the price of a set of tires but lifetime supply makes it actually a great deal.
Now, I have classic flat foot and after 4 x 11 hour days in a kitchen I'm miserable. But not since I've gotten used to the inserts. Almost no pain now. I'm walking up to 15 miles on my day off (weightless goals) and still no pain.
Jess in store made me understand the process was friendly and welcoming.
Would and have recommended this to anyone struggling with foot pain. 5* all day long
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular shoe inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics for long-term pain relief, unlike typical inserts.
Can arch supports help even if I buy good quality shoes?
Yes, often foot discomfort comes from the foot itself rather than the shoe. Good arch supports stabilize the foot and minimize pain caused by foot-related problems.
Will I get to take my arch supports home the same day of purchase?
Yes, customers aged 6 and older can take home arch supports immediately after being fitted and selecting the right supports.
How do I get a free fitting for arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
Simply visit the store in person; no appointment is needed, though scheduling one is an option if preferred.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to pay for arch supports?
Yes, arch supports are eligible for reimbursement through HSAs or FSAs, though coverage varies by plan. Check with your administrator before purchase.
