My appointment with Dr. Lieu went quick and it went super smooth. She was super nice and seemed to care if I had anything I was concerned about. Katie my salesperson was patient, super sweet and really nice. Picking out new frames went smooth and she was very, very helpful. She was also very personable. I'm definitely going to continue coming here.

Very impressive customer service. Alma in the clackamas location displayed excellent knowledge of the products and technology in lenses and asked very detailed questions to help me decide what was best for my needs.

The good parts: staff were friendly and helpful, as well as patient while I decided on frames. Overall price was notably lower than an estimate for something similar at a competitor. We have received our glasses and are happy with them. The bad parts: price and what we were paying for was murky. The assistant claimed he gave us an extra $50 off, though I can’t find evidence of that on the long receipt. What I do see is two charges, one for me, one for my husband, for a protection plan we never asked for nor were asked if we wanted. This is not something we would have chosen, but I see now we were charged $44.99 each for this plan.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
