Love the location and aesethics of the studio. Equipment is clean and in good shape. It's easy to book and change class reservations. I wish i lived closer so I could go more often.

Liz, the co-owner, welcomes everyone with a warm smile. The instructors are very experienced and came by to help new members before and during the class routines. I finished the 60-min class feeling accomplished and full of energy 😊

I have now been a member for 2 weeks and would recommend it to anyone who has been hesitant or maybe doesn’t have a consistent workout regimen. I wasn’t good at going to the gym consistently until now. It’s easy to register for classes on the app and everyone is so nice (both staff and fellow peers) and the environment is very welcoming and positive. 10/10!!
