  They don't have the butterfly needles I need in stock here so I don't go anymore. I go to the hospital in Vancouver location because they always have them in stock. Otherwise good location.

  Employees were super kind and helpful, I had to get a lot of vials drawn and the person who helped me was super patient and accommodating when I started to get woozy. I didn’t catch their name sadly but they said it was their first day at that specific location and they were wonderful to have as my phlebotomist!

  Terrible service. Nobody is there to even help if you have a question for checking in. One of the employees were talking bad about me to another patient because I asked her a question. She said it was her third day, but that is no excuse for terrible customer service.
