My friend was prescribed medication for a procedure from another pharmacy (WG's), but they pharmacist literally told him to call his Dr for the directions - on a Sunday - for something he was supposed to begin taking that day. We attempted to obtain any information to no avail. I suggested trying my pharmacy at the Safeway on Highland & was thrilled when Ryan took the time out of his day to speak to him directly & even suggest some over the counter items that would also be helpful. He was kind, professional & really acted like he cared. I know that reviews for pharmacies are not a big thing, but our experience was so outstanding that it was worth the time to write. I've been getting my grandfather's prescriptions here for 2 years now, but I've had enough. He regularly is unable to get his medication in time because of this pharmacy's problems that clearly are never going to get fixed because not much has changed over the past 2 years.
