I followed up via different platforms such as phone/email/text (the latter being the suggestion of the person from the shop) and was told, multiple times, they would provide it. Crickets. Tbh I would have loved to shop there more in the future but their customer service after you leave the door and they have your money failed. I won’t be going back.

Initially I was accidentally overcharged as I considered a few options and changed my mind on equipment. I didn't realize until I had left, but when I went back Carlos immediately corrected the mistake and refunded me without issue. I'll happily go back again once I'm strong enough to need more plates!
