- SSsonia scottJun 8, 20255.0I’ve gotten many colonics over the years. Some good & some not so good. One thing that I really love about Lisa is her gentleness. She matches your energy and follows the clients lead. I don’t think I will see anyone else again for these services. Highly recommend doing multiple sessions and getting the coffee and chlorophyll additives. Just remember to have a liquid diet before hand they will be much more effective.

And over that time, we’ve even built a really good friendship. She is so professional and warm. As she is kind and understanding. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and she makes what could be an awkward process a very comfortable one. She always checks in on me after our appointments, especially if I was not feeling good after one. She is extremely flexible and sometimes when I need a last-minute appointment, she manages to find time for me. I would definitely recommend her to anybody and I have to include my own mom. There was a time that I had to get colon hydrotherapy at another place and the experience was completely different. It was not as warm and inviting.

The second one is where I really saw and felt a huge difference. Getting rid of the bad bacteria in my body completely got rid of all my cravings for carbs. I have never felt better. It's worth being "uncomfortable" for a minute. I was worried it would be painful, it is not!
