  I would give 10 stars if i could. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and Lisa. I have long been an alternative medicine/treatment skeptic (I have an academic background in Biology/Health Sciences) but Lisa was able to communicate quite intelligently about my diet and lifestyle choice that led me to her door. Many years of ignoring the simple things like eating your veggies, cutting back on unhealthy food choices, even regular exercise had my troubled gut to a point where it was ruling my life, my moods. Think of Natural Cleanse and colonic hydrotherapy as a chance to reset your gut. Our bowels can be a topic to avoid in polite company and like me, too many people suffer in silence. My visit to Natural Cleanse was finally an opportunity to openly discuss "what has been going on down below" with a kind, compassionate, and highly intelligent professional and I left not only feeling FANTASTIC, but Lisa spent a lot of time recommending healthy inputs (foods) and why they are important to the stages in the digestion process that starts in the stomach and ends, well, you know where. Lisa uses state of the art technology in a room and setting so comforting you'll want to drift off - a pleasant surprise for a procedure one would think is the opposite. If you've unsuccessfully tried everything to make your gut feel better, go see Lisa and you will leave not only feeling great and as if you've done a VERY thorough spring cleaning so to speak, you will leave knowing how to take better care of yourself.

  My experience here has been great! Lisa takes care during the process and really makes this experience more enjoyable than it could be. I highly recommend her. I even drive to her from Newport bc I have found her to be so wonderful.

  Lisa is a miracle worker! She is very knowledgeable and creats an environment that is welcoming and comforting that helped me feel comfortable quickly with the process. I recommend doing 2 colonics back to back as I did because it allowed for me to see more results the 2nd time. I look forward to doing colonics at A Natural Cleanse a few times a year. She also gave me some great advice on helping my son with his constipation.

  Lisa is pretty great. She takes the time to communicate what she’s doing throughout the process and is great at reminding you the relax and breathe. I’ve had amazing outcomes as a result of these colonics and Lisa’s recommendations for post colonic integration are very helpful.

  Horrible experience. This was extremely painful for me and made me worse than I was before I came in . I had to go to urgent care a few days after this . Not blocked up I had inflammation in my colon . I paid for three sessions I did two . She kept the rest of my money for the third session I cancelled.
