  Went in the other day to get some pre was meet by the new manager Thomas who let me know about some great deals and he really took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be back to this location again would give 10 stars if I could

  Walked in for a premade protein drink and ended up with a pro membership because Sheridan helped me lock in on a few deals that were too good to pass up. I’ll be back the first week of every month to stock up and get better deals than anywhere else online.

  Went into GNC There was a customer that was unhappy with a product she was returning. The manager came from the back took over the unhappy customers problem with grace. She took over and turned the situation around with peace and love and laughter. Weird. I’ve had help from her before. And I honestly only go in if she’s there. The unhappy customer was a female. She hugged the manager I think it’s Jenel. And thanked her for her help. I watched with my husband and thought. This store is in a ghetto area with tons of homeless yet the manager makes people want to come in when she’s there Love this GNC for the fact they have the best manager they’ve had yet. Love that girl. People are drawn to her and you can tell her employees love her and respect her

  My family and I shop here often. We always love the selection. We have been pro members for 2 months now and it’s been super super awesome! I gotta give a shout out to Janelle, she has helped me with product info the past couple times and she is sooooo friendly! She really does make it a place I want to shop at.

  Went into the GNC in Grantspass and was greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable employee named Janelle. Best costumer service ever! Definitely coming back!
