- MJMarie Jorissen1 day ago1.0My doctor sent in a prescription yesterday about 3 PM & put on it Urgent. Went to pick it up before they closed and was told not ready ( 4 hrs after it was sent in). Now it's 9:55 AM & no one is answering their phone, I've called 8 times in the last hour. I'm a Veteran and will now find a new Pharmacy that will bill the VA.

I finally called the Central Point store to see if the Grants Pass location had some sort of issue. They don't. I should not have to call this much to get ahold of someone for a mistake you all made.

Especially Trina the pharmacist, I had lots of questions on my new medication and she had no problem answering them! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone
- ADAriel DeanNov 19, 20251.0The pharmacy leaves the phone off the hook so it just rings and rings to the point i have to call the albertsons store manager and ask them to have the pharmacy please answer the phone. Trying to fill prescriptions is almost impossible and the people working the counter are rude when they finally or if they ever do answer the phones. Not an ok way to treat your customers
