- SRStephanie Renee4 days ago3.0Why is it advertised that this place has a drive thru and is only closed for 30 minutes?? Neither of those things are true. The drive thru is NEVER available and they leave for an hour every day. Employees literally park their cars in the drive thru so you can’t even try to use it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service was somewhat slow at times, and I had to wait longer than expected for my prescriptions. While I appreciate their efforts and the convenience, I think they could improve on efficiency and communication. It's a decent option if you're not in a hurry.

Now it's 9:55 AM & no one is answering their phone, I've called 8 times in the last hour. I'm a Veteran and will now find a new Pharmacy that will bill the VA.
- OEOregon ExperienceDec 30, 20251.019 times! I have called 19 times so far. I started calling at 2:30pm. I have not got an answer once it is 3:28pm now. I finally called the Central Point store to see if the Grants Pass location had some sort of issue. They don't. I should not have to call this much to get ahold of someone for a mistake you all made.
