    I find the female staff to be rude, abrupt and not helpful, probably because they are over worked, under paid and hate their jobs. Only 2 pharmacy in town, not like much competition for customers so they don't have to provide customer service

    I was unsure where to go when the Rite Aid closed. I thought I would try a local pharmacy, but that was a bad decision. I finally settled on the Fred Meyer pharmacy, and I am glad to have them as an option. So far they have been kind, gentle, and helpful.

    Was told today my prescription would be ready by the time I got there…went thirty minutes later and not only was it not ready but another prescription that we were told was ready twelve days ago had been restocked! They said that: by Federal Law it had to be restocked. I did check and that is NOT TRUE! So, they told me to come back in an hour. I phoned an hour later and Noah told me that my prescription was ready but not my wife’s. He said to come on and I said I’d like to be sure it was ready… he hung up! I immediately allied again and was told it was ready so I went and collected. In the meantime I was criticized by another pharmacy employee for being upset that I was LIDE to and by a customer who, I guess, limes being abused by corporations. In any case, I have spent nearly $500/week for 60 months at Fred Meyers and now am DONE. TO PICK UP TWO PRESCRIPTIONS TOOK TWO TRIPS AND TWO HOURS OF MY LIFE AND I WAS LIED TO BY THE PEOPLE WHOSE INCOME COMES FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOT ANYMORE!
