    I find the female staff to be rude, abrupt and not helpful, probably because they are over worked, under paid and hate their jobs. Only 2 pharmacy in town, not like much competition for customers so they don't have to provide customer service

    (Based off of having to deal with them every month) they are absolutely horrible... I'd recommend going to ANY other pharmacy including out of town... seems to be this location only and not Freddy's pharmacy as a whole. They mess up all the time and on top of it we have to drive about 25 minutes each way to get to them so we call to verify, get told yes they're ready or started and will be and then get there and told not only have they not been started but it'll literally be all day till they get to them so we should "just go home"... MOST (other then 1 or 2) are extremely rude and treat you like you're inconveniencing them. Don't get me wrong it's a VERY stressful job sometimes I'm sure and things happen but EVERY month?? Yesterday's experience was finally the breaking point and time to move everything elsewhere and also going to write corporate and anyone else that I can about the over all quality and yesterday. Find a different pharmacy for anything other then a single fill (and even then....)

    Will happily give me my wife's super strong narcotics but when I ask for a print out of her meds to take to docs they say only if she comes in with me and shows her ID. Wonder why America has a drug problem...

    Just had to counter the other review I saw on the pharmacy. I have been using Fred Meyer for the last two years and have not had any bad experience I can’t help but believe the bad review is leaving out some facts affecting the experience.
