Absolute worst pick up service anywhere. Allowed one person to hold up 12 people in line for 20 minutes and no one helped on backup. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL

How are you gonna tell people their prescriptions are ready and then when we get here we wait in a line that’s seems to never move, just to make us wait even longer! Please get staffed up in the pharmacy. It shouldn’t be this hard to get medication. Everyone seems to be moving at a sloths pace.

Long waits, have had to deal with them losing my Rx, and girl with long light colored hair back in ponytail is a BULLY and should be fired. Considering how terrible they are with wait times and losing meds, they should at bare minimum have kindness...and always have issues with under qualified staff making errors then trying to blame customers for their mistakes...like not putting in insurance info in correctly. This pharmacy is a joke.

The wait for service, even in the morning, can be 30-40 minutes. They need to install lockers for pickup of prescription refills where counseling isn’t necessary. Today my husband and I had to wait 30 minutes in line to check in for a vaccination, something that could be done on a kiosk or on line, if Safeway supported such things(it doesn’t). We’ve already taken our prescriptions somewhere else, and we won’t be doing vaccinations at Safeway anymore, either.

Jarame (sp?) has gone above and beyond helping me get my Rx from my doctor's office. It has been challenging to say the least.
