  I was very disappointed after my most recent visit to Quest on 4010 Aerial Way. The phlebotomist was extraordinarily unprofessional and the experience of getting blood drawn was anxiety provoking as well as physically painful. The phlebotomist was distracted and chatting loudly with her nearby coworker constantly while taking my blood. She had almost no focus on me or my wellbeing. She didn't warn me of the impending poke (completely abnormal) and the needle was inserted unskillfully. The worst part was that due to her distraction, the needle was moving slightly the whole time, which was both painful and scary. I have had equally poor experiences at different Quest locations the last 2 times, so I decided to ask my doctors to send my labs to another lab in the future or just get it done at a hospital. I'm both disgusted and astonished at the lack of professionalism in these visits and will be warning everyone I know to avoid Quest if possible.
