the quy had no personable skills, hurried the whole process, completely uncaring, music too loud, couldn't hear him, instead of turning it down, he yelled over it, overwhelming, blood spurted all down chair arm and to floor, he removed gauze to look, moved it and reapplied, putting dirty part of gause on the bloody hole, needle felt too big (?), painful, when he put new viles on vein tap, it pushed in further, he began protesting about me doing a ferritin order bc it was referred in jan (March now) but he did it, he was unfriendly, caused stress, tried wiping blood off arm with 4 tiny alcohol pads, but blood still left on arm, just use a bigger thing to clean up properly, stop rushing, connect with your patients, don't act they they annoy you just by existing. Everyone I've ever seen at quest prior has been the opposite, friendly, made me feel welcome and cared for. The TV in waiting room was stressful, too loud, constantly yapping at us, I verbally spoke to it, I said, "I hate you. Shut up!"
