  I have been going here for years and the service has gone majorly downhill. The lines keep getting longer and longer and wait times can be quite long. The pharmacists are nice but clearly overworked. Fill times take forever and you can never ever get anyone to answer the phone, so be prepared to go in every single time you need to request a prescription be pushed through or have a question for the pharmacist. I've missed several doses of medications due to the extended fill times. The shelves are jam packed and the floors are dusty and dirty. The phone tree will send you into a rage by not allowing you to talk to anyone, will send you in circles trying to do so, and eventually connect you to a voicemail that I don't think ever gets checked. This week I've been back and forth to the pharmacy several times just trying to get medications pushed through. This is especially frustrating when you are sick and don't have much energy to expend and there are also no benches to sit on in the line area. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy after this week. Gas prices are too high to have to drive back and forth nearly every day just trying to get my meds filled.

  Staff are extremely rude. They think because they hold your medications that they can treat you like shit. It's already difficult to get through to them on the phone, which they will sometimes have you on hold for 40 minutes, and the last time I called, the lady laughed at me and hung up when I correctly pointed out that I have historically ordered through them, not the doctor. Very unprofessional.

  I cannot express enough. Don’t use Fred Meyer pharmacy as there will be an issue every time.the pharmacists are nice enough but the girl at the register could not care less about making you come back another day for whatever it is. I could write a book on the issues we’ve experienced here. We are moving on.

  Worst pharmacy ever!!! Choose a different pharmacy if you actually want your medicine within a timely matter!!!! I take seizure medicine and can’t skip even one dose so it’s very important to stay on top of them… this pharmacy will put me on hold and then hang up or answer and hang up right away without talking or just let it go straight to voicemail all day long. They acted like they were going to transfer my prescription a few times even and took all my information and didn’t do it… I learned to just not go here and spreading the word. I understand being really busy but this is completely unprofessional and they should be shut down!
